Give us the date you have in mind, roughly how many people, and where it's happening. If the date is open, we'll hold it while we work out the rest together. The reply comes from a person, not from a form.

What happens next

IWe write back. If the date's open, it's on hold for you for a month, no deposit.
IICome for a tasting if you'd like. They're by appointment and priced per guest. Then we send a proposal you open on your phone, every line priced per person.
IIIYou accept, sign with your finger, and pay the deposit by card. The date is yours.

Things people ask

Is there a minimum?: Small parties are welcome. Three days' notice at the very least.
Can we pay by card?: Yes, online. The card fee is what the card company charges us, and you see the total before you tap. Checks and cash are fine too.
Do you do tastings?: By appointment, priced per guest.
What if the headcount changes?: Final count a week before. Ask Allisonwhether late additions cost more
What if we cancel?: Cancel two weeks out or more and you get everything back. Inside two weeks, the deposit stays. Moving the date is free if the new one's open.
Can you handle three hundred?: Up to 400. One event a day.
